By downloading, installing, or using Cookie OS (“the Software”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Cookie OS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your personal devices. Lifetime license holders receive perpetual access to the version purchased and all future updates.

Cookie OS is currently in alpha. The Software is provided on an “as-is” basis and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or instabilities. We are actively developing and improving the product. By using the alpha version, you acknowledge that the Software may not perform as expected and that features may change without prior notice.
Cookie OS includes an AI agent that can execute commands, manage files, and perform tasks on your machine within its safe environment. While we implement multiple layers of security including container isolation, capability dropping, and command approval workflows, you remain responsible for reviewing and authorizing the agent's actions. Cookie OS is not liable for any unintended consequences of approved agent actions.
Cookie OS integrates with third-party AI providers and services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. API usage costs from third-party providers are your responsibility.
Lifetime license purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with Cookie OS for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refund requests after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cookie OS and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies. Sections regarding limitation of liability, disclaimers, and governing law survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
